The Way We Were

In years past tower work was not like it is
now. Many of us did things that are now completely forbidden. The practices
seen in these old photos are strictly off limits in the modern world
of tower work. If you try to emulate these old tower-dogs you will probably
be out of a job if you're lucky. If you're unlucky you might meet an
untimley death. These photos are from days prior to the cellular boom
and are an average of fifteen years old.
